1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RocketUtils, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. API Usage and Quotas

  • Each user is entitled to one Free tier account purely for evaluation purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. Shared keys are subject to immediate suspension.
  • API quotas are reset monthly. Unused requests do not roll over to the next month.
  • We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend keys that exhibit abusive behavior (e.g., massive parallel requests that strain infrastructure or bypass security safeguards).

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including scraping private data without consent.
  • Bypassing SSRF (Server-Side Request Forgery) protections or attempting to access internal network infrastructure.
  • Reselling or sub-licensing the API access to third parties without prior written permission from RocketUtils.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RocketUtils and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RocketUtils makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall RocketUtils, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Subscriptions & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions and cancellations are managed through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Refunds are subject to our 14-day "fair use" evaluation policy.
